Bath "Envolve works in partnership with schools, businesses,
community groups and individuals to help people live, work and
play more sustainably. Envolve was started in 1994 by a small
group of local people who wanted to do something positive to
address environmental issues in Bath. It now runs over 45 projects
a year encouraging more sustainable communities across South
West England and beyond. Envolve leads the way in the region,
by pioneering new approaches to help people live in more sustainable
ways through,
for instance, better health, less pollution, financial savings,
more green space or improved community spirit."

"The Social Innovation Fund (SIF) is a non-governmental
organisation, actively working if the field of gender equality
and sustainable development. Key areas of work are environmental
protection, women's health, and environmental education at a

of Pitesti
University of Pitesti - Romania [UP-RO] is a state university,
of medium size (cca. 17000 students and 800 persons as teaching
staff and administrative personnel). It is composed by 9 faculties
and 5 colleges. It has also different specialized departments.
University of Pitesti is placed at 120 km from Bucharest (North-West),
into a well developed area from economical point of view, and
it is interconnected with employers, local economy agents and
other social factors.

Environmental
Office
The newly established Environmental Office in Volos Municipality
is the result of our effort to deal with environmental problems
in an integrated way.
Our activities include: planning and implementing awareness
raising projects for the citizens, concerning environmental
and health issues. Promoting environmental friendly practices,
co-operating with industries, the commercial society and the
tourism sector.
Gathering information in order to establish environmental indicators
and update the citizens. Establishing an Agenda 21 in order
to improve the environmental conditions in the city.

Diversely qualified experts in our service centre as well

The service centre is our information platform where we deal
